Jacob started personal training in 2005 and ran an independent personal training business in the central valley until relocating to the central coast in 2018, where he began full time employment as an RN and continued to train on a part time basis. Jacob has experience and can help you on your fitness journey in a variety of different modalities. He has worked with a variety of athletes from all backgrounds including those who are just beginning their training journey up to and including division one athletes. Additionally, he has worked with many clients on corrective exercise programs, general weight loss and fitness goals, bodybuilding and physique competitions and many other types of specific programs and goals. He also has experience helping construct healthy diet plans that will be key to your progress and help create success that can be integrated into your long-term lifestyle goals. I am a fitness expert with roots grounded deep in military discipline and a passion for harnessing human potential. My 15-years of service in the US Army and CA Army National Guard saw me excelling in roles from Explosive Ordnance Disposal Sergeant to a mentor for At-Risk Youth. But beyond the badges and accolades, it was about grooming individuals — be it soldiers or teens — to realize their innate greatness. 

This journey was further enriched with over half a decade of elite training certifications, encompassing National Academy of Sports Medicine/National Personal Training Institute Advanced Personal Training, Performance Enhancement, MMA Conditioning, and specialized programs like Box N Burn and Landmine U. 

As I continue my academic pursuit of a Bachelor's in Exercise Science, my mission remains unwavering: to transform, empower, and elevate your fitness journey. For me, it’s not just about lifting weights; it's about lifting aspirations. Let's embark on this transformative journey together.
